Plain-English summary

This policy contains several significant risks for users. These include clauses that mandate binding arbitration and waive class action rights, limit PrizePicks' liability to a maximum of $250, and shorten the time users have to file claims to one year (risk_flags-0001, risk_flags-0002, risk_flags-0003). The company also reserves the right to seize all funds, including previously withdrawn prizes, if it determines a user has engaged in "MultiAccounting" (risk_flags-0004). Furthermore, if a deposit is charged back, any resulting negative account balance will be considered an uncontestable debt owed by the user (risk_flags-0005).
