2. User Responsibilities. USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK .
Sittercity, its sponsors, and their affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any other damages, including loss of use, profits, or data. The aggregate liability will not exceed the total paid by the user in the twelve months prior to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Users agree to fully release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sittercity and related parties from all claims, demands, causes of action, awards, losses, expenses (including attorney's fees), damages, and liabilities of any kind, including claims of contract, negligence, personal injury, and property damage, arising from their use of the services, third-party services, or interactions with other users. Users also agree to cooperate in the defense of any claims and not to settle any claim without Sittercity's written consent.

Sittercity provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Sittercity and its sponsors do not warrant or guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, that information/products/services will be reliable, accurate, safe, timely, or complete, or that the service is free from harmful software. They also do not warrant or guarantee the conduct of any user or third party, the safety or security of the service or its systems, or that user content or information will not be intercepted, deleted, destroyed, or used by others.
